Poor Man Rich Cake
Sent in by Bonnie1156!

1 pkg devil food cake cooked to pkg directions
1 can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 jar Caramel ice cream topping
cool whip
Heath bar broken into small

While cake is still hot make many little holes with tooth pick. Pour condensed milk over cake. Then pour caramel topping.
When cake is cool frost with cool whip and sprinkle with heath pieces.

(I am going to try this with a white cake and chopped pecans instead of heath bar.)

No Name Cake
From dmhummel!
"This is a very easy recipe but I have learned that the one ingredient is not available all over the US much less the world so.... we will do some improvising.

Take 1 yellow cake mix, dry from the box and beat it together with 3 eggs and 1 can of Thank You brand Butterscotch pudding which is the ingredient that not everyone has - if you don't you can use 15oz. of ready made butterscotch pudding, or mix up your own, chill it (if it
is the cooked type) and use it.
Spread into a greased 9 x 13 pan and sprinkle with granulated sugar and Nestle Butterscotch Bits. Bake at 350 about 45 min. - very moist, no frosting needed!! Use your imagination and use chocolate with peanut butter bits, white with vanilla or tapioca and buy small candies which relate to the season such as red and green M&Ms - enjoy - people will beg for this recipe!

Kitty Litter Cake
(From Chef tfahey!)

1 box German Chocolate Cake Mix
1 box White Cake Mix
1 pkg white sandwich cookies
1 large pkg vanilla instant pudding mix
green food coloring
12 small tootsie rolls
1 new kitty litter box
1 new kitty litter box liner
1 new pooper scooper

Prepare cake mixes and bake according to directions ( any size pans).

Prepare pudding mix and chill until ready to assemble.

Crumble white sandwich cookies in small batches in the blender, they tend to stick so scrape sides often. Set aside all but about 1/4 cup of the crushed cookies.

To the 1/4 cup of cookie crumbs, add a few drops of food coloring and mix using a fork or shake in a plastic baggie.

When the cakes are done cooling to room temp., crumble into a large bowl. Toss with half of the remaining white cookie crumbs and the chilled pudding. You probably won't need all of the pudding, mix with the cake and feel it because you really don't want it to be soggy, just moist. Gently combine.

Line new, clean kitty litter box. Put mixture into litter box.

Put three unwrapped Tootsie rolls in a microwave safe dish and heat until soft and pliable. Shape ends so they are no longer blunt, curving slightly. Repeat with 3 more Tootsie rolls and bury them in the mixture.

Sprinkle the other half of the cookie crumbs over top. Scatter the green cookie crumbs lightly over the top, this is supposed to look like the chlorophyll in the kitty litter.

Heat remaining Tootsie rolls, 3 at a time in the microwave until almost melted. Scrape them on top of the cake and sprinkle with cookie crumbs. Take one of the tootsie rolls and hang it over the side if the kitty litter box, sprinkling it lightly with cookie crumbs.

Place the kitty litter box on a newspaper and sprinkle a few of the cookie
crumbs around it. You know how cats make a mess around the litter box!

Serve with a new pooper scooper.

Enjoy!

(I LOVE this recipe! ed.)

BETTER THAN SEX CAKE

1 box German Chocolate cake mix
1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
1 jar caramel sauce
1 12 oz carton whipped topping

Pour caramel sauce on top of cake. Spread on whipped topping and garnish with crushed candy bars. Store
covered in refrigerator. This cake is better if it's left to sit overnight before eating. But, it's yummy!
