Delicious Sugarless Cookies
From belladona!

3 Ripe bananas
1/3 cup oil
1 cup raisins
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
2 cups rolled oats
1/4 teaspoon salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees farenheit.
Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Allow the mixture to
stand for about 10 minutes so that the oats pick up plenty of moisture. Drop
by teaspoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes. When you remove the cookie sheet from the oven, take a spatula and loosen the cookies. Transfer them to wire racks to continue the cooling process. This recipe yields approximately 2 dozen cookies

Peanut Butter Bars

Melt and pour in pyrex bowl(we use a cookie sheet/cake pan w/ 1/2"
sides):
2 sticks oleo
1 box powdered sugar
1-1/2 cups peanut butter

Melt 2 family size Hershey Bars (in double broiler)and pour over above. Let cool and cut into bars.
*Don't let the melted chocolate cook too long. AS SOON AS it is melted take it off the burner and pour on to the peanut butter mixture. These are awesome! I have never met anyone who does not love these! -very rich

Chocolate Zebras

3 beaten eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 squares (4 oz.) unsweetened chocolate, melted *
1/2 c cooking oil
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp vanilla
2 c all purpose flour
sifted powdered sugar
*(i don't usually have the chocolate squares, i use 12 Tbs of cocoa powder and 4 Tbs of oil to equal the 4 squares of baking chocolate)
Combine eggs, sugar, chocolate, oil, baking powder &vanilla in bowl,
gradually add the flour, stir till mixed. Chill for 1 -2 hrs till easy to work with. roll into 1 inch balls and roll in powdered sugar. Bake in 375 *
oven for 8-10 mins, till cookies look cracked. sprinkle with additional
powdered sugar id desired. Makes about 36.

** Gingerbread Men **

1/2 cup shortening
1 egg
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 cup flour
1 pkg. instant butterscotch pudding mix
1 1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Favorite frosting
raisins & candies
Cookie cutter

Mix together egg, shortening, and brown sugar. Add remaining ingredients. Roll
out dough and cut into gingerbread men shapes with a cookie cutter. Bake for
10 minutes at 350 degrees. Decorate men using favorite frosting and candies.

Sugar Cookies

1 pound of butter
3 cups of sugar
1 whole egg
1 teaspoon of vanilla
5 cups of flour

Cream butter in with sugar.
Add egg and vanilla. Beat in flour.
(You can add water if it doesn't stick
together. ) Chill 15 to 20 minutes. Shape.
Bake at 375 degrees until golden
brown.

Tiramisu

Serves 4

4 0z. vanilla wafers
4 tbsp strong black coffee
4 tbsp coffee liquer
1 1/4 cups creme Anglaise
8 oz mascarpone cheese
1 1/4 cups heavy cream, lightly whipped
sifted cocoa powder

1. Divide the cookies among four glass dishes. Pour the black coffee
and coffee liquer over the cookies. Beat together the mascarpone and
cream and smooth it down over the mixture. Chill for at least one
hour. Serve dusted with cocoa powder.

Rasberry Kisses

3 egg whites
1/8 teaspoon salt
3 1/2 tablespoons raspberry gelatin
3/4 cups of sugar
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 cup miniature chocolate chips

Beat egg whites with salt until foamy. Add gelatin and sugar gradually:
Beat until stiff peaks form, and sugar desolves. Mix in vinegar: fold
in chocolate chips. Drop on ungreased cookie sheets cover with brown
paper. Bake at 250 degrees for twenty min. and turn the oven off, then
let it sit 20 more min. MAKES ~9 DOZEN

Picnic Bars

1 ¾ cups all purpose flour
1 cup sugar
¼ cup baking cocoa
½ cup cold butter or margarine
2 eggs
1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
2 cups (12 oz.) semisweet chocolate chips, divided
1 cup chopped walnuts

In a bowl, combine flour, sugar and cocoa; cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in eggs. Set aside 1 ½ cups for topping. Press remaining mixture into a greased 13x9x2 baking pan. Bake at 350 for 6-8 minutes or until set. Meanwhile, in a saucepan, combine milk and 1 cup of chocolate chips; cook and stir over low heat until melted. Carefully spread over crust. Combine reserved crumb mixture with nuts and remaining chips. Sprinkle over chocolate layer. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until top is set. (Chips will not look melted.)
Yield 3 dozen.

Lemon Drop Cookies

1 pkg lemon cake mix
2 cups cool whip
1 egg
powdered sugar for rolling cookie batter

Blend first 3 ingredients with a mixer. Drop by teaspoons into powdered sugar. Roll to cover with powdered sugar. Put onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake @350* for 10-12 min.

Orange chocolate drops

Mix together:
1 C butter
6 oz. cream cheese

Stir in below ingredients:
1 c sugar
2 eggs
2 t orange zest

Add:
2 C flour
2 t vanilla
1 t salt
large package chocolate chips

Drop a large teaspoon size onto cookie sheet. Bake for 15 min. at 350 degrees. Check if done by pushing cookie with finger. It they bounce back, they are done!

This is my family's favorite holiday cookie recipe and I hope you'll like it too!
